shipping/fulfillment:
do you ship internationally?
currently we are able to ship stickers only internationally through our etsy. we are unable to ship any other products internationally at this time.
where do you ship orders from?
all orders are packaged and shipped with love in north carolina, usa =3
can you change my order's shipping address?
this is very tedious for us, so please try to avoid it by double checking before placing your order! however, if it does come up...
we are only able to change your order's shipping address before your order has been shipped. if you recently ordered from us and want your address changed, please contact us here asap!
can you combine 2+ orders?

can you cancel my order?
we are always able to cancel orders before they have shipped. please contact us here before sending any sort of chargeback!
my order was marked as shipped, but it's not here?
we ship stickers untracked and all other products tracked as standard.
after we have shipped your order and dropped it off at the post office, we have no control over when/how quickly it arrives to you. if it takes a really long time to arrive (>1month), tracking says the item was lost/undeliverable, or you have any other questions regarding delivery, please contact us here!

are your stickers waterproof/weatherproof?
all our stickers (unless otherwise stated) are water/weather resistant! stick them anywhere you'd like, we won't judge =3

do you take commissions?
not currently, although we might sometime in the future!
what digital hardware/software do you use?
all our digital art is created and formatted on an ipad pro 10.5" & 1.0 apple pencil using the program ibispaint x!
can i use your art for my profile picture/website/etc.?
we're okay with our art being used as a profile picture or similar as long as we're given proper credit (linking/mentioning one of our pages).
please don't claim ownership of our artwork or images, or use our work to train generative AI programs.
